AI visibility intelligence

Find out who AI recommends instead of you.

When a customer asks ChatGPT who to hire in your trade, it answers with somebody. We record who — and whether your site is cited at all.

The shift

Ten blue links became three names.

When someone asks an assistant who to hire, they get a shortlist and a reason for each. There is no page two, and no way to see whether you were on it.

  • Absent, not ranked badly

In a list of ten results, being eighth still earns clicks. In a three-name answer, fourth place does not exist.

  • No Search Console for this

No engine publishes what it said about you, to whom, or how often. That absence is why measuring it needs a tool at all.

Monitoring

Watch the answer change as the work lands.

A monitored subject re-asks the same questions on a schedule and keeps every answer. Score and share-of-voice trends show whether the work is moving anything - and the action plan reorders itself as the evidence changes.

  • Trends, not snapshots

One reading cannot tell you whether your work did anything. A schedule of identical questions can.

  • An action plan that updates

Priorities are re-derived from the latest stored answers, so the top of the list is always the next most useful thing to do.

What you get

The free check is real work, not a teaser

Both tiers run the same measurement and keep the same evidence. The difference is how much of the resulting work plan comes back with it.

  • Free check

Your visibility score across four AI platforms, the sources they cite instead of you, and your three highest-impact fixes - each backed by the stored answer that produced it.

  • Full report

Every prioritised fix, the complete ranked source list with unproven-UK sources withheld and counted, and the full answer text behind every number - as a report you can share.

Who it's for

Two ways people use this

Same measurement, different job.

  • A business that wants the work

Find out whether AI names you for your trade in your area, and which sources you would have to appear on to change that. See the methodology.

  • An agency answering for clients

Recurring checks per client, reports that carry the evidence behind every number, and an outreach list you can defend in a meeting. For agencies.

Measured, not asserted

Three numbers from our own corpus of AI answers about UK businesses. Each states where it came from — if we cannot source a figure, it does not go on this page. Read the Q3 report.

  • 1,770 / 1,770Gemini citations that hide the publisher behind a redirectOur corpus, 31 August 2026, via signalfound:citation-country-coverage. A tool reading the URL naively sees zero Gemini citations, not fewer.
  • 142Cited sources we withhold until we can prove they serve the UKOur corpus, 31 August 2026. They are counted on screen rather than dropped silently.
  • 17 → 50How far one business’s score moved in six days with no work doneOne London firm, 28 readings, August 2026. Which is why we will not sell a single check as proof of progress.

Where this sits

Categories, not competitors — the tools in each column are good at what they were built for.

Our guarantee

We guarantee the evidence, not the outcome

Nobody controls what an AI engine will answer tomorrow, and any supplier who guarantees you a place in one is making a promise about a system they do not own. Here is what we will stand behind instead.

  • Every number is traceable

Each figure links back to the stored answer that produced it. You can read the text yourself.

  • Unmeasurable is labelled

A check we could not score shows an em dash, never a confident zero we did not observe.

  • Withheld is counted

Sources we cannot prove serve the UK are held back and reported as a number, not quietly removed.

Questions people ask first

The rest are on the FAQ page.

What does the free check actually do?

It asks four AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity — three commercial questions about your trade in your area, records what each one answered, and keeps the sources each answer cited. You see whether you were mentioned, whether your site was cited, and every source the engines trusted to build their answers. It takes about a minute and needs no card.

Is it really free? What is the catch?

It is free and there is no card. It costs us real money in vendor fees per run, so there is a daily cap on free checks and a limit per website. We hope you buy the full report or the monitoring, but nothing is withheld from the free result to force that.

Why UK only?

Because a check we cannot do properly is worse than no check. Answers vary by country, our question phrasing is written for UK search behaviour, and we verify whether cited sources actually serve the UK. Rather than return a plausible-looking result for a country we have not validated, we refuse non-UK locations at submission.

How is this different from Ahrefs, Semrush or a rank tracker?

Those measure where you appear in a list of links. This measures whether a business is named in a generated answer, which is a different question with a different winner set — an AI answer names three or four businesses, and there is no page two. Most of what makes a page rank still helps; the measurement is what changed.

Managed optimisation

Finding the gap is free.
Closing it is the work.

Your check records what AI answers and which sources it trusts. What comes back with it is a prioritised list of the specific gaps behind that result — the sources to pursue, and the on-site work behind them.
